Assignment: to build a wired &/or wireless network with atleast two nodes.
For this assignment, I decided to mill and solder a bus board and two node boards.
Once they were built, I had a slightly difficult time programming them. After multiple times attempting to make sure all of my connections were correct, I figured out that my power and grounds were connected resulting in me having to mill more boards. For future references, I would advise that anyone doing any type of board should make sure that their microcontroller is not faulty so that you will not have to jump through hoops figuring out what the problem is. After milling and rebuilding my boards, I was able to program my boards effectively with little to no problem.
Below are images of my bus and node boards connected and one node by itself as well as a video of my boards lighting up. After programming my bridge board multiple times, I still have yet to figure out why my LED only blinks once even though it was programmed with no problems. My node boards seem to work really well (see video). Currently, I am working on connectingmy network to another board or possibly even a motor just to add something more to the project.
